Big steps overwhelm

Small easy steps entice us to try.

Big steps overwhelm us & we freeze. Then we feel bad about ourselves that we “didn’t get anything done.”

I’m trying these smaller steps and have been amazed what happens.

Try just 5 minutes or 30 seconds of the task before you and see what happens.

I’ll be there with you, trying just another small step today. My small step: I’m going sit at my art table for a minute.
