There’s a pink goddess outside my window
Her dark strong arms stretch up high into the sky
Blossoms adorn her many limbs
Proud, gentle and pink
She does not hide her beauty
For she knows it will soon fade
The winds of change come
And her pink blossoms rain down
Covering the ground with pink snow
Soon she will be blossom bare
But bright green leaves will take their place
And she will become summer’s green goddess outside my window.

Beautiful Goddess and so is your poem. We’ll be in Eugene in June! We’re going to a wedding in Belllingham and then driving to Eugene! I’d love to see you.
Hugs ,Rena
